Peer Assessment (Contents Page)
I finished my first piece of work (Contents Page) and got everyone in the class to look at my work and give me feedback. I found this very helpful gaining the opinions of my magazine from other people.
Good Points:
Simple Colour Scheme (Like Q Magazine).
Good House Style (Fonts and colours look good).
Logo looks professional and fits well.
Things to work on:
Need to make it look more like a hip-hop magazine.
Use more variety of fonts to make it stand out.
Maybe add a contrasting colour to make it jump out more.
Fix the overlapping text and just remove all blank space.
The feedback I got was very construtive the good points really showed I got the simple colour scheme I was aiming for. The things to work on were also very helpful as it gave me what my magazine looked like from my target audiences prospective. I have now worked on everything and i feel the magazine portrays hip hop better and I made it jump more and i filled all the blank space.
